James F. ★★★★★

The 7 rods along my spine make a real difference—I catch myself slouching less by mid-afternoon without even thinking about it. Waist looks smoother under fitted tops too, though I do need to ease into the compression for the first couple of wears.

Kevin ★★★★★

Wore it for a full workday and actually caught myself sitting straighter without thinking about it. The seven rods along the back and stomach keep everything snug but not suffocating, and it doesn't roll up at the waist when I bend.

Owen Q. ★★★★★

The seven rods really do the heavy lifting—my lower back feels supported the moment I put it on, and I catch myself standing taller without thinking about it. It's snug but not suffocating, and the waist compression is noticeable under clothes.
