The compression from that triple elastic band is no joke — I felt it working the moment I strapped it on over my leggings before HIIT. Didn't slip or roll once during squats, and it's breathable enough that I forgot I had it on by the end.

The elastic bands cinch my waist snugly without digging in, even during heavy squats. Wearing it over my shirt keeps the compression steady the whole workout, and it doesn’t roll down when I bend.

The triple band layering really holds everything tight without rolling down, even when I’m bending and squatting through a full session. I’ve worn it over a thin top and you can feel the compression hit right where it needs to.
