I’ve been wearing it during my eight-hour desk shifts and my lower back feels noticeably less tense by the end of the day. The neoprene hugs tight but doesn’t dig in, and it’s easy to adjust when I stand up for a quick stretch.

The strap genuinely stays in place during my whole shift, and the lumbar support makes sitting at my desk way less painful by the afternoon. I’ve been wearing it for a week and my posture feels noticeably more upright without it digging into my sides.
